계정과 비밀번호
계정 기능이 연결된 앱에서는 내 프로필에서 닉네임을 변경하고, 로그인 화면의 비밀번호 찾기로 재설정 이메일을 요청할 수 있어요. 받은 편지함과 스팸함을 확인해주세요. 현재 상용 앱의 운영 계정 연결은 준비 중입니다.
계정·개인정보 삭제
계정 기능이 연결된 앱의 내 프로필 → 계정 삭제에서 비밀번호를 다시 확인해 탈퇴할 수 있어요. 접근할 수 없다면 가입 이메일로 문의해주세요. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요. 기기 안의 작품은 보관함에서 따로 삭제하며, 다른 이용자가 이미 저장한 사본은 회수되지 않아요.
작품 신고와 이의제기
온라인 커뮤니티 제공 시 작품 상세의 신고·차단을 이용할 수 있어요. 현재는 이메일로 작품 정보와 신고 사유를 보내주세요. 처리 결과에 이의가 있으면 접수 번호와 사유를 보내 재검토를 요청할 수 있어요. 민감한 사진은 보내지 않아도 됩니다.
광고·구매 문제
광고가 준비되지 않으면 계속 놀 수 있어요. 광고 제거 상품은 출시 시 App Store에 표시되는 가격을 확인해주세요. 구매 복원은 앱에서, 환불 요청은 Apple의 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 진행합니다. 현재 테스트 구매는 실제 결제가 아닙니다.

Accounts & passwords
In builds with connected accounts, change your nickname in My profile or request a password-reset email from Forgot password on the login screen. Check your inbox and spam folder. Production account connectivity for the commercial app is being prepared.
Account & data deletion
When accounts are available, use My profile → Delete account and confirm your password. If you cannot sign in, contact us from your registered email. Never send passwords or verification codes. Delete device-only creations separately in your library. Copies already saved by others cannot be recalled.
Reports & appeals
When online community is available, use Report or Block on a creation. For now, email the creation details and reason for reporting. To appeal an action, include the case number and your explanation. You do not need to attach sensitive photos.
Ads & purchases
If no ad is ready, you can continue playing. When Remove Ads launches, review its App Store price. Restore purchases in the app; request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Test purchases do not charge real money.
Hold your phone and shake it sideways. Only selected photos are used, and background removal runs on-device. Sharing creations with a widget is available in supported installation builds.
